Have a problem with a Pro Towels product? We’re sorry to hear that, but no worries, we’ll take care of you.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or the quality is not as expected, please contact us by phone or email with a description of the issue. Our customer service reps may ask for a picture to confirm the issue. Once we receive the picture, we’ll recreate your order, provide a website credit, or issue a refund to your payment method.
Please note, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Our team’s ultimate goal is to make sure that you are delighted with your purchase, even if there’s a speed bump along the way.
Refunds
Payments that are refunded will typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. We will email you when we issue your refund.
Website Credit
If you are to receive a website credit, our customer service reps will issue an immediate credit to your Pro Towels account that you can use on any future purchase.
